For a space at Valor Hall - 105 Walter Garrett Ln, Oak Grove, KY 42262 at the festival event on Saturday, September 30th, 2023.

  • Payments by cash, PayPal @CHAFFCLARKSVILLE, or money order made payable to C.H.A.F.F. Behind Title Max, 2168 B, Wilma Rudolph Blvd, Clarksville, TN 37040.

  • Deadline for $75 Down Nonrefundable Payment is Monday, May 1, 2023. Beginning May 2nd, we will only accept Full Payment ONLY for Vendor Spots.

  • Deadline to submit remaining payment and full payment is Thursday, August 31st. We will not accept Vendors after this date!

Vendors responsibility 

 C.H.A.F.F. its affiliates, sponsors, and personnel are not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or broken before, during or after event or any items left behind on the premises after conclusion of event.

It is prohibited to bring, sale, or distribute items such as: drug paraphernalia, alcohol, weapons, or pornography items at event.

There are absolutely no refunds.

WHETHER ARISING OUT OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT OR OTHERWISE. THE HISPANIC HERITAGE FESTIVAL IS HOSTED BY CLARKSVILLE AMERICAN FAMILY FOUNDATION (C.H.A.F.F.). THIS EVENT IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH ANY OTHER CITY OR STATE EVENT NOR WITH ANY OTHER FESTIVAL.
