First come first serve. Indoor and outdoor event. We will not hold spots.
We reserve the right to censor any vendor or booth.

Food Truck Vendors Fee: $300
($150 Nonrefundable Deposit is required to save your spot)
Food Booth Vendors: $150
($75 Nonrefundable Deposit is required to save your spot)
Deadline for down payment is Monday, July 31, 2023

For a space at Valor Hall - 105 Walter Garrett LN, Oak Grove, KY 42262 at the festival event on Saturday, September 30, 2023.

  • Payments by cash: PayPal @CHAFFCLARKSVILLE, or money order made payable to C.H.A.F.F. Behind Title Max, 2168 B, Wilma Rudolph Blvd, Clarksville, TN 37040 

  • Food Booth Vendors may not have Trucks or Trailers in their space, we will charge you as a Truck vendor.

  • Food Booth Vendors: $75 to hold your spot due by Monday, May 1, 2023. Full fee due by Thursday, August 31, 2023

  • Deadline: Full Truck Spot Fee must be paid by Thursday, August 31, 2023.

  • All Hot Food Vendors will be outside, only sweets, and dessert Vendors will be eligible to have a booth Indoors!

  • We Will not accept any Food Trucks or Food Booth Vendors after the deadline!

 C.H.A.F.F. its affiliates, sponsors, and personnel are not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or broken before, during or after event or any items left behind on the premises after conclusion of event.

It is prohibited to bring, sale, or distribute items such as: drug paraphernalia, alcohol, weapons, or pornography items at event.

There are absolutely no refunds.

Any violation of the aforementioned from Vendors or their personnel, can be subject to prosecution. Governed by the laws in the state of Tennessee city of Clarksville. Your signature below that you understand and agree with all the rules and regulations of the event.

THE HISPANIC HERITAGE FESTIVAL IS HOSTED BY CLARKSVILLE AMERICAN FAMILY FOUNDATION (C.H.A.F.F.). THIS EVENT IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH ANY OTHER CITY OR STATE EVENT NOR WITH ANY OTHER FESTIVAL.
